Networking
This programme is free to ALL current and former dancers at any stage in your career, who worked in the UK, from all dance genres.
Do you have an idea you’d like to explore for your future career? Want to learn more about a particular role or industry, but don’t know anyone personally you can go to with your questions? Would it be helpful to talk to a dancer who has experience moving into that type of work?
DCD has over 3,000 alumni in our network who have moved into a diverse range of careers and industries. We can connect you to have an informal conversation to share knowledge, insights and ask all of your questions – to help you to decide on the path that’s right for you.
Networking is offered by our Programmes Team during your Individual Career Consultation. To book in please contact dancers@thedcd.org.uk with your performance history CV.
After your consultation the team will look through our database of dancers to find a relevant connection. Once we have their permission to share email addresses you’ll receive an introduction over email. Please keep an eye on your inbox/junk folders. It is then up to you to arrange a suitable time for your conversation.
